Do you use the toileteries in the room?

I always bring our own, but DH always ends up using what is provided. The only thing I use and get extra of is the lotion on the cruise line.

The cruise line one is the same as the one from the Grand Floridian you can buy it at ULTA with the other h2o products. .

I can't, due to sensitive skin/psoriasis/allergies. I just bring stuff from home. We do take the ones they leave in the room (actually, we do this for every hotel we're at--not just WDW), and drop them off at the women's shelter or add them to the Santa boxes* that the church does.

*Santa box is what I called it, I can't think of what they are acutally called--plastic box that you take and put things in, and they are shipped to underprivledged kids in other places. We usually do 3 and then DS does one on his own, for a boy his age. I do toiletries (like the shampoos/etc, toothbrush), slipper socks, a couple of small toys, a card game or small book (depending on the age of the kid we're doing the box for), hard candies, hair/nail stuff for girls, etc.

I love the H2O products! I always bring my own toiletries from home but if I run out I use the ones Disney provides. If not, they come home with me :)

I always brought my own shampoo/conditioner/soap, but this year, I'd like to use the H20 products, only if the shampoo and conditioner are separate because I hate the combined kind. I just read another thread, and I was aware that only the value resorts gave the combined kind, now I'm reading that moderates do too, so this may change my mind and I may bring my own stuff again lol.

I love the H2O products. . I will say the product they give out in the deluxe resorts is better than that in the moderate and definitely better than that in the values. If we are staying value I bring my stuff from home. If what a PP said abouit the mods now using the combined shampoo/conditioner is true I will be bringing my stuff from home when we stay mod as well. But I do love their stuff.

Actually CSR does have the separate shampoo and conditioner, like the Deluxes (maybe because it is a convention resort:confused3). The other three moderates (POFQ, PORS,and CBR) have the combined shampoo/conditioner though and of course the Values all use the combined shampoo/conditioner.

We use the provided toiletries. The exception is my daughter with the food allergies. The shampoo had a wheat derivative listed so we always bring a small bottle from home for her.

I use the hand soap. The lotion is fine as well. They had shower gel at the deluxe and I actually liked it and it didn't seem to break me out (ecxema) so plus there.

I do not use the 2n1 shampoo/cond you get at the values and mods, it sucks, and I have low maitenence hair, but it still sucks.

The stuff at the Deluxes is moderatly better and I used it on the last trip, but if I had the room I'd still bring my own from home.

and just so you don't think I need fancy hair stuff I use Suave at home and it's better than anything you get at Disney.

Although I have heard the stuff from GF is better than what is even at the other deluxes, but it's from the same company so I have my doubts.

I do bring home some of it and take it to my dad's. They live at the lake and have visitors so I give it to them.

We don't use any of them since we're allergy-prone and we like our own stuff way too much for that.

We use the hand soap and take the rest home like some of the other PPs have said...kind of like souveniers (idk y). We have only stayed value and moderate though....

I use the shampoo and soap but I'm a male with short hair. I have a few cool shampoo bottles from Disneyland Paris and WDW but the bottles they use at WDW now are kinda' generic compared to others.

I bring my own shower soap and my own shampoo and conditioner.

I use them sometimes, but I also take them home. They make nice little stocking stuffers/ Easter basket/ gift bag items.

I never use the shampoo or conditioner, only the soap for washing hands. I always pack everything for my family. I am thinking to just using the Dis stuff. One less thing to pack and repack. Anyone have current pics of the toileteries, we r staying at WL.

I always use the supplied stuff, but DW brings her own. We bring what we don't use of their stuff home.

I bring my own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I use the provided handsoap, and bring the left over toiletries home.

I have a Disney bathroom that I put them in.

Oh my gosh, what a great idea!!! I too am one of those people who stash the toiletries everyday... I still have tons of little soaps with Mickey's head stamped into it.. and how darling would that be in a Disney themed bathroom!!! :thumbsup2

We always use what's provided, and enjoy very much that we don't have to think about bringing that stuff in our suitcase. We love the fact that it's waiting in our rooms. :goodvibes

I always use what is provided as I love the H20 product line and actually look forward to using it when I am vacation at WDW :)

We bring our own liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I'll use theirs occasionally but it usually stays untouched.

This!!! :goodvibes I can't believe how many people don't even use the soap or lotion :confused3
I love the H2O stuff, and find the shampoo and conditioner is good too. Both my daughter and I have a lot of hair, so I just ask mousekeeping to leave extra. It's never been a problem. I only bring my own if we stay at a mod, because I don't like the 2in1 stuff. I only bring my styling mouse. Saves weight in the suitcase!

I wonder if those who bring their own soaps, lotions and hair stuff have tried the WDW H2O products? Or just don't bother trying them to see if they'd like them?

Now at home I buy the H2O lotion, and shower gel. Never heard of H2O till WDW!
