Do you think it would be ok to do this?

Well, I've gone and done it. I was too lazy to put my ADR's on a spreadsheet. Instead I put them on two pieces of paper, but my cleaner threw one out by accident!

I know Disney don't have a list of your ressies so I'm not sure what to do, but I'm travelling in 10 days.

I can roughly remember where were were eating, but not when. If I called them and said, I have a ressie for Ohana on one of these four days, and one for Le Cellier on one of these four days - would they look them up for me do you think?

I know the resorts can print out a list of all your ADR's - we've done this at check in several times. Since they can do this, I would imagine Guest Services could too.

We were at Boma one time and I could not remember if our ARD was 7:15 or 7:30. They looked up my name .. and on the screen were all my ADRs for the week! So, I would think if they could do it, the resort could to.

They should be able to pull up all of your reservations by your phone number. I had to make a change & was so embarassed. I should be a member of OPA...over planners anonymous. I think I've changed my reservations about 6 different times for our Sept. vacation. They not only pulled up my current reservations, but could also see all of the reservations that I've canceled!!

Yes, if you call and give them your phone number, they can give you the entire list. I had a bunch of character meals planned out earlier this year over the course of about 3 months, and misplaced the calendar I had them on. I called one evening, and she read them all off to me with no problem!

Disney can give you all the times and places, just call, they will pull you up using your name/phone number and you can write everything down as they speak.

When we stayed in concierge, the concierge staff was able to print our reservations for us, as I had left them at home when packing for that trip.
