OKay nevermind about the ap's ...I went back to look and saw that I had put premium instead of regular. So now I have to decide to go with Disney YES or AP's. I don't know if they'll be offering YES in April.

Since you're going the week before Easter, does YES offer programs during holiday weeks? Do your kids want to participate? The AP's do offer other benefits although it sounds like you're happy with Windsor Hills vs. an onsite discount and a discount probably won't be available for your week in April anyway. Will the merchandise discount be useful? Do you plan to dine at all in the parks or will you eat all meals in the house or bring snacks/sandwiches into the parks? Just thinking a bit....---Kathy

I agree with YES tickets for this trip and Undercover Tourist tickets for April. Assuming there's a YES class that you can fit into and would interest your kids. That being said, you can only buy 2 adult YES tickets with the 2 kids tickets. I would buy 1 AP for the 3rd adult so you get the free parking for both trips (that costs $14 per day but it's free for AP holders) and I would also consider a TiW card if you plan to eat some TS meals or even CS at AK. If you'll spend a total of $375 or more on TS plus CS at AK between the 2 trips then the TiW card will pay for itself and save you money (it costs $75 to purchase but you can only purchase it if you're an AP holder).

Unless this has changed since we went in January, you can buy as many adult tickets as you want. We had 2 participating children and bought tickets for 6 adults.

That's how I read it So as long as you are all immediate family to the child in the YES class you can all buy tickets at that price

I would not hesitate too long on purchasing those tickets. When I went through to find out the prices on the tickets for you that was the only thing with any class space available for you.. and they fill up pretty quickly.

Again, may have changed since January, but this was not a restriction for us. We were specifically told we could buy tickets for all adults in our party, family or not.

It has changed since January. It is now immediate family only. It is in the Y.E.S. thread on this board. I can't remember exactly what month.. but it was after March when I first started reading it.

Well, we do Disney for a week for about $1,600 including gas and dog sitting. It used to be under $1,500, but some prices have gone up.

I don't know where you live so I am not sure about the gas, but could you go just once this year and stay 7 full nights?

You can book through SkyAuction.com for $300 for 7 nights for your first week. I personally wouldn't even want to go that 2nd week you are talking about. I stay away during Spring Break.

FOR US, this is the breakdown

SkyAuction condo- $200 (we do the blowout weeks)
YES tickets- $800 for 5 day hoppers with WP and more
Gas- $300
Food- ???? We only use our Disney Rewards plus our normal food budget
Dog sitting- $150
Parking- $70

correct me if I'm wrong, but if you get the WP&M passes don't you get those as extra days? For example, if you buy a 5 day pass and get WP&M you get an additional 5 days to use the water parks ect. That could save you money if you know you want to spend a few whole days at the water parks then you wouldn't need to get a theme park ticket for those days. Also, I have used the YES program twice now and my kids like it. The savings on tickets is great!

I would get at least one AP to cover the cost of the parking and it would make you eligible for Tables in Wonderland which is a great savings deal for that many people if you plan to dine on Disney property a lot.
