Do you think ANYONE at Disney knows the entire scope of how Disney works?

I think customer satisfaction is very important for Any businesses future.
We owned a resort for 19 years on a beautiful lake.
When we bought it, it was rundown and it's business was way down.
We built new cabins, updated, added more to the beach area, etc, and the lodge. All of this is great for any business.
But, we also took care of our customers personally. We added free perks and lots of fun activities with no cost to us, except to provide free pizzas and pop after our fishing tournaments, LOL. We made each customer feel special, and they were. Some are still friends today, and we have been out of the business for 18 years.
Did we lose money for providing extras for the guests? Yes, but we made up for that in word of mouth of our guests. People had to book a year in advance, and it became the most popular resort on the lake.
We could have charged for the extras but are glad we made our guests feel special, and I feel that's what kept them coming back. We had generations who came every year.
If we had cut back on the free things and charged for them, or cut them out, you can believe the guests would have considered other resorts.
