Do you say Diss or Diz?

I have been wondering this also. I say Dis just like it sounds if I start to say disney with out the "ney"

I think that person was me. I had a conversion with a very nice lady early in November at WDW, who was wearing a DIS shirt. And one of the things we hit upon was the Diss or Diz choice. I had to admit that I am a Diz . I always knew the D.I.S. part of it and it may be that I am from Canada, but have always said it Diz rather than Diss.

I've always thought of it as "The Diz" as in Diz-ney rather than Dis as in Dis-respect.

This thread is so funny! I've always said "Diss" but my husband used to correct me. But just yesterday HE said "Diss" as in....

"Do you count all of the hours you spend on the Dissboards as work time?"
