I used to swim in a pool that actually did that. I made sure that the stuff didn't get close to me. It was the worst for people who did pee in there, they would turn as red as the stuff following them.

Ewwwww--not since I was a kid!!!! And certainly not in my brand new pool!!! I'm the one that cleans the pool!

My daughter--NEVER--she jumps out and runs to the potty and she's 4. I had a hard time to convince her to pee in the ocean (no flames from the enviornmentalists--the fish pee and poop in the ocean!)

How about blowing the nose out to clear the mucus and wash it off your hand in the water? How about coughing out the phlem out of your throat and spitting it out in the water? That's is sooo gross!! And my answer is NO to both questions!
