Monorail is more fun for us but we have taken the little ferry boats from Poly over.

We take a bus now, since we stay on site. But prior to staying on site for the first time in 2010, I have always preferred the monorail. It just felt more special to me than riding a boat.

It doesn't matter either way to DH and me. We will alternate between monorail and ferry. We like both.

Neither if at all possible. You can bet, if I'm on the monorail it will have an excessively long stoppage, if not an outright outage. We prefer the bus or if not that, we take a car to CR and walk

On the way from TTC to MK, we aren't that picky, and will take what ever is available. On the way back from MK to TTC at the end of the night, it has been our experience that the line for the monorail seems to go faster than the line for the ferry, plus there is air conditioning on the monorail which makes it a somewhat more comfortable ride.

Now that is funny. You must ride a different monorail than most of the rest of us, LOL

Well, I did say somewhat more comfortable. When the trains are crowded, it doesn't keep up really well, but it is cooler, at least in my experience, than the ferry is.

I prefer the ferry. I am not sure why but I enjoy the leisurely cruise rather than being stuffed into the monorail.

Sometimes we will take the ferry to the MK and monorail back to the TTC.

That said, this past Thursday I did take the bus as I arrived at the TTC before the ferry was running and decided not to wait. Interestingly, it was not the standard Disney bus. It was one of those tall, tour style buses with a non Disney logo. It got me there quickly in air-conditioned comfort but just didn't have the magic of the cruise over the lagoon with the castle in the distance.

I did take the ferry back to the TTC and enjoyed sitting on the upper deck with a nice breeze.

DH always preferred to drive to all the parks and we almost always took the ferry. I can remember taking the monorail twice. Once we couldn't get on the first cars to arrive. The other time we were stopped between GF and MK for at least 15 minutes. Not my idea of fun.

I'm sorry, that must have been a day I was on the monorail, LOL

Other.

Valet park at CR and walk to MK.

Unless the valet lot is under restriction on the day I’m going.

What's the difference between "Both" and "Doesn't matter"?

Both means that you like both and would take either and enjoy it, which is the category that I fall in.
Doesn't matter means that you don't really enjoy taking either one and you just want to get to the park, which would not describe me at all.

Very different.

Monorail if I am not staying at the Poly, CR or GF. If I am at one of those resorts - then I prefer their boat transportation.
