Do you prefer working for a male, a female, or doesn't it matter? I prefer working for MALES! The women are way too picky! :teeth: Men tend to go with the flow better.

I've had good/bad experiences with both, but find the males easier most of the time. In my case, most of them were just too lazy to care. They gave you the work, walked away, left early to play golf and were happy things got done the next morning.

I work for a woman right now, but her bosses are a normal part of every day. The store manager(he) was collecting trash the other night. They all seem really nice so far.

Men. Generally speaking, they seem a lot more laid back, not like they have something to prove.

for both - a female who I directly report to and a male who is her and everyone's boss in out division. I think I'd rather report to the male. ;)

I've always felt that WOMEN make better doctors than MEN. They bring more HUMANITY to their work:D :D . I've dated a few but have never had one as a boss:D .....

I've worked for both men and women and I have had bad and good of both. Honestly it is just the personality of the boss and how they work & handle everything that matters more to me. I am currently working for a woman and I love her to death, but my last two at that company were women and were terrible to work for. Same with men in the past. It is all completely dependent on the person to me.

I've heard our pastor refer to the principal, Sr. Ellen, as General Murphy! Again I ask myself...do I REALLY want to be a teacher? Seems to be more female than males in that field.

I'll first sign on to the "it depends" camp. I've had good and bad of both. But by-and-large, my experience is that Men play a lot more petty political games in the corporate world than Women do.....at least in middle management. I'd say I'd prefer working for a woman.

C'mon EROS. you're married right? How can you say you've never had a woman as a boss? ;)

Our principal is female and I have really enjoyed working for her.:D
