Do you prefer early breakfast?

I'm trying to pinpoint down my dining and I scheduled early seating for breakfast. I'm wondering if I should switch to like a later one or will the later ones be more crowded/hectic? Any suggestions would be helpful-THANKS AGAIN!

When we've had an early breakfast, we feel we miss too much. The early hour or two is so good for park touring, so if your'e watching the clock to make it to the park before opening, or if you miss park opening, you're losing out on prime ride-riding opportunities.

So we grab a little something...fruit or granola bar, that sort of thing...ride some rides at park opening (or try to), then have breakfast (whether it's a character b'fast or something else) towards the end of b'fast time.

But that doesn't work for everyone. We're pretty flexible in when we have "meals" at home, so it's not hard to do that on vacation. For people with more scheduled stomachs that might not work.

Well, most of the time we eat breakfast in the room to save time, but when I do character breakfast's we always do the earliest seating. We're doing a 7 am breakfast on a day we're going to CA, which doesn't open until 9 that day. I'm hoping that we'll still be able to be at the gate pretty much in time for the regular opening.

My family isn't much for taking time out for dining anyway, lol, so the earliest seating is good for us because it doesn't interrupt our touring!

We are not early eaters. We like a later breakfast when we are more awake. It would be difficult for us to be up and ready to eat at 7 am. We like the 10-11 time frame, then we skip lunch and have a light afternoon snack.

We prefer the later times for breakfast to not miss prime touring time like already mentioned but also because after going on rides for a while we are ready for a break.

Ditto this.

We are normally up around 0415-0430 and we like breakfast around 0600, but it is difficult to find anything open at that time. So we usually get something in the room and head to the parks for the MM0700 opening or regular 0800 opening time.

if I can eat before park opening we do. (AG will be nov 30th an we want to do the earliest sitting (it may be 7 but might be 8.)
we are also doing story tellers when we eat there we will try to eat early to be done an ready to go in dl about time it opens.

If you are doing plaza inn I have done both early an late. Late the charcters seemed to spend more time with us.
Early well we were told we could get in to eat early before park opened but no that wasnt the case so we waited. It was still nice just we did miss the first bit of the park. If i were you at plaza inn I would set it up for 10 if the park opens at 9 or 9 if the park opens at 8. An use that hour to grab some fast passes.

then go eat. an then go to the fast pass line. so you dont miss to much time

This is exactly how we felt.. We do later breakfasts now!! and just grab coffee and fruit on the go first thing in the am..

We have always done early breakfast and tried to time it so we got done when the park was opening. I have changed this for our month in June. We are going to try to grab a quick on the go thing at our free meal at the hotel and do a late breakfast/brunch.

When we were at WDW we were able to get in and eat breakfast before the park opening. I loved it as we were able to get photos in front of the castle without a million people walking through. We finished eating just as the park opened and went right to our favorite rides. I'm not sure if they have PS's this early at DL, but if so, I highly recommend it!

DH and I love the experience of having an early breakfast at the River Belle Terrace. Usually we hit it first, or sometimes we go to POTC first then RBT, but it's such a pleasure to be there before the dining area becomes swamped with people, and to sit outside and enjoy our meal while soaking in the park views.

The park is really beautiful in the morning and it's nice to relax and enjoy the quiet experience.

Late, we aren't big morning eaters anyway so we will grab something small on our way in (granola bar, fruit etc) and then around 10 we think about breakfast. If we are making a PS for breakfast we like to do 10 then as well, we have enjoyed ourselves a lot more if we eat at 10.

We have smaller kids so we bring our own breakfasts to the room to eat while getting ready and always go first thing to teh Park to beat the crowds (if we stay on DL Property its Early Entry and that cannot be beat). We make sure we hit as much as we can (enjoyably!) before settling down to a late breakfast (which almost counts as lunch at 10:30 and we are always stuffed so a decent snack will do during teh day and then we enjoy a nice dinner!) We just happen to take a break mid day and swim/nap and come back later with our FP's. Of course, if the park was open at 9am and you didn't have EE then I would totally go for breakfast beforehand!
