Do you pay to park at Disney Quest and the Waterparks?

We've been to both waterparks and I can't believe that I don't remember whether or not we paid for parking .
Never been to Disney Quest, so I'd like to know if and what they charge for parking there too.

No parking fees at the water parks.

No parking fees at Downtown Disney (which is where you'll park for DQ).

There is a huge parking lot at DQ, near Virgin Megastore. Not so big at TL.
