Do you pay attebtiont to peropls user names and remember their pots?

Since we are talking about people from the past, does anyone remember the poster who had the 2 children and the little girl was killed in a house fire but the mom and little guy escaped? I remember she came back at one point to say she was having another baby, but I don't think she has ever been back.

It was such a tragic story that I think of her often and hope she is well. I also think about the poster whos young husband died while they were on vacation. I think she came back to say she had remarried, but I don't think I have seen her since.

I think of these posters and how tragic these stories are and hope the best for them.

Wasn't the poster with the child that died in the fire Octoberbride or something like that. I thought she had "october" in her screen name.

I remember the poster's whose DH died at WDW too. Wasn't her name Fantasia or something like that.

I also remember the poster who posted the hilarious story about coming down the water slide at TL or BB. I think they were on vacation with her daughter & their family. Wasn't she Emmasgrammy or something? A year or so later I believe her daughter & one of her granddaughters were killed in a fire also.

So sad. They have all come back to post a few different things, but I don't think they've been around for a while now.

You are right, it was October something, I remember she had a picture of the little girl in her signature and she was just precious and I also think you are right about the other one being Fantasia. My mind just needs a little poke to refresh it sometimes.

I had forgotten about Emmasgrammy, that was another tragic story. It makes you want to hug your family because you know how precious life is.

All I can say is that if it takes those degrees of tragedy to get remembered, I'll take "lost in the crowd" any day.

I recall a lot of posters, for many reasons. I miss many posters also.

That was just so tragic what happened. She does pop in every so often to update.

I definitely tend to recognize people more from tags and avatars/sig pics than by names also. There are a few I remember just from seeing them here so much, but they're in the minority.

I have to do it the hard way. I have my account set to where all siggies, avatars, and pics (in signatures) are turned off, so I have to remember names. There are a few peopel I remember (some who live in GA) and mibkydog, but I really couldn't connect x event to x person.
