It is old school Bret circa 1980something. That's when it was his real hair and he apparently was a driver for the Beverly Hills Cab Company.

I would definitely make a request. I'm not sure about a request hurting your chance of an upgrade. I checked online and the Disney resorts are pretty booked the week we're there, so upgrades may be far and few between.

I'd request the bigger room on the higher floor with a balcony. The balconcy will give you some extra space too. You can sit out there with a cocktail in the evening.

We requested the Tahiti longhouse in January and got it. This time, we requested a room on the 3rd floor in the same longhouse. Apparently we'll have a better MK view. Well, that's what a CM told me.

Make your request. Do you really want to be close to the pool? Close to the pool means more noise. And I'm sure the bus stops aren't THAT far away.

What are the room categories at the BC?

Chris and I went through the maps tonight and came to the conclusion that we didn't reach a conclusion. I don't think I'm going to make a request at this point, but ask me again tomorrow. But that would mean dealing with the winner of Miss AAA of the Year again. I thought I was done with her. Or should I make her work for her $$?

I agree - maybe we don't want to be near the pool. Don't even know if we'll use it more than once or so.

I have heard not to make any more than 2 requests. So here are our priorities, I think. Well, maybe. I don't know.
- above 1st floor
- larger room
- closer to the Epcot entrance (also means closer to laundry so it will be convenient for my stow-away, Jordan (who doesn't even read this PTR, so why am I bothering mentioning him?))
- full balcony

But I don't know if I am going to make a request. I am being very wishy-washy. Because our REAL priorities are:
- clean bed
- clean shower
(maybe in reverse order)

And THIS coming from the woman who wants to do 'group hugs in the elevator'

I don't want to do them. I challenged Katie and Caitlin to do it for shock value.

I don't think that the shop is new but I think that the building your own mickey ears is new. It is in the square with City Hall and Tony's. If you stand next to Tony's with Tony's on your right, then I believe that it will be right in front of you. (i.e. it is attached to the candy shop)

We will have to check that out. I am sure I can find someone to buy a little present for.

Or maybe they roll their eyes at you behind your back. Or in front of you when you check in. Or maybe they spit on your KTTW. I should stop reading the YC/BC thread because those people are picky and frou-frou and they irritate me and make things confusing.

They are just talking about whether you can use the transparent colored tubes you bring from home in the pool or whether they have to be a clear, uncolored tube, to avoid spending $10 to rent a tube, when they could just wait for some other sucker who rented it to abandon theirs and take one for free and not have to pack it or waste precious breath on inflating it. How's THAT for a run-on sentence?

That's funny about coming home to another class. On a serious note, in my family, teachers make good moms. You'll be fine with 1 or 7.
