I suppose I'm like many others as I like it under "certain conditions"..

Obviously, when I don't have to go out in it.. :)

I love watching it from my bedroom windows at my DD's house.. Every house in the neighborhood has pine trees and it just looks so pretty when it's falling and clinging to the branches..

I love watching my DGD play outside in it with their dog..

MUST have snow for riding around looking at Christmas lights and decorations! :thumbsup2

MUST have snow Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!! :santa:

Love it when it snows while my DGD and I are doing our traditional grandma/DGD Christmas cookie baking sessions..

Prefer snow when we're trimming the tree..:)

I DON'T like it when it hangs around too late into April and delays my moving back up here to the lake..:headache:

And sad to say, I no longer enjoy any snow sports.. Brrr!!

How about you?

I love snow... I love everything is so clean a sparkely.. The list you have is snow must haves. The only time i don't like it is when it comes in March or worse.. April

I like fresh snow.

But when it starts getting slushy, I don't like it.

Visiting snow is nice. I get to leave before it turns into a huge mess.

DH's grandfather passed in Feb and the funeral was on Valentine's Day. The kids were disappointed to miss our homeschool group festivities at home.

But it snowed on the funeral day and after the business of that was done, they were really enjoying playing in the snow at a family members house.

I am glad that I live in Florida full-time though. I don't like snow THAT much.

And as a kid--the snow that caused Snow Days when I lived in Pennsylvania...was the best snow of all. I never had a white christmas though.

I like snow. I like visiting places that have snow. Then I like going home and being thankful I don't live in a place where it snows. But yes, I like snow.:)

I do not like anything about snow. Not one thing, and I live in the NE. I was "traumatized" by a blizzard in 77.... true story!

no, not really. its okay when its falling, but it gets slushy and melty here. we don't get big piles of fluffy white snow.

Blizzard of 77? !!! Are you really from NE?

Im from MA....like the OP, there are conditions to my snow liking. Love it on a Saturday or Sunday, when my fridge and cabinets are fully stocked and the whole family is home, safe and warm.

I dont like it Mon-Fri and I really dont like it just after we finished blowing and shoveling the driveway and the plow comes down the street leaving yet another mountain at the end of the driveway.

Yes, I am. Suburb of Buffalo, so getting away from snow is impossible during the winter...

I tend to hibernate a lot. DH and the kids clear it all out before I leave the house. I really dislike snow. Even the pretty, falling Christmas snow.

I am willing to try fake Disney snow though. Maybe next Christmas!:rotfl2:

Sometimes I do~ Thanksgiving Love having my turkey in the oven on a cold day with snow falling down
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day~Just completes the day
I also love fresh fallen snow it looks so clean and crisp out
My DH salts and snowplows so of course I like it for that reason!!!

Hate it when its "dirty" and really hate it in Late February and March by then I'm ready for spring.

I only like the snow that falls on Main Street in WDW.

No, I really don't like snow. I don't like cold weather at all. We always seem to get a bit of snow that starts to melt and then the temps drop for days and it's just sheets of ice everywhere.

I like watching it on television when it is snowing other places.

Love it....until about March---then I'm ready for it to be done!

I also love blizzards and sub-zero temps----just as long as I don't have to go out in them! Yay for Snow Days!

If I could have about 1 inch on the ground and a light snow Thanksgiving weekend......then maybe several inches on the ground and a light snow for 12/24-1/1 that is great. Other than that....I can leave it.

I don't like wet shoes and bottoms of my pant legs. I don't like having to take extra shoes everywhere because I have to wear boots. I don't like having to get up 15-45 minutes early to "dig out" or even just clean off the car. I don't like when driving in it at all.

Only when it shuts down the federal government here in Washington DC.;)

Nope, I've grown to hate it. I used to like it sometimes, but I'm over it. If I never saw another flake of snow that would be fine with me. Sadly, I'm in Ohio near the shores of Lake Erie...where the words "lake effect" give me an eye twitch. Give me sun and palm trees, even on Christmas any day.

Snow, got to love it.
5 inches or 5 feet I am always out in it.

Yes! LOVE it! I telecommute now so I can't wait till it starts snowing and I can sit and work from my cozy, warm kitchen while watching the snow fall. :goodvibes

How about you?

NO! Well, maybe for the first ten minutes. It IS pretty when it snows around Christmastime, and it looks beautiful as it's swirling past the windows. But after a lifetime of this:

eh, I'm not really fond of it!
