Funny story..ok not so funny at the time. I am deathly allergic to fish. My dh and I were on our honeymoon and we waiting for a connecting flight in Mexico City. We were having dinner. Dh ordered something (cant remember) and I ordered a chicken taco. Well the taco came and took one bite. My lips and face and eyes started to swell and my throat started to close off when dh resuced me. They gave me a fish taco instead of a chicken one. My honeymoon was almost over before it started. Obviously I voted dont like them never will!

Nickimouse -- it has to be a soft corn tortilla, too. Not the crunchy ones.


I love them! I grew up in Southern California and used to get them in Baja or from local Mexican places, then the chains started up. I really missed them when I first moved to Colorado, but then we got a Rubio's and a Wahoo's and now I can get them any time!

Guess I could've tried to make them myself too, but I'm not much of a cook. The thought never even entered my mind.

I voted love them, but I don't go out of my way to have them. THey're a nice alternative to traditional ones if you have nice fish.

I like putting mandarin oranges on with the other veggies.

I don't do fish either, so won't be trying them.
DH loves them though.
