Do you have to wear a name tag at work?

One there are only 5 of us and No i don't wear a name tag.

My part time job is a grocery store and Yes we have to wear a name tag with our store name and first name only.

Yes, I have to wear one with my photo on it. I am not sure why we have to wear them, they do not allow us access anywhere or open any doors. And our office is not very large only 60 people. It is quite obvious when a stranger comes in. I do have it on a lanyard and have attached a small snow white pin on it. I also have one of the magnetic ones that I have to wear when I work events, but that has just my name and company on it.

Some administrative genius decided to put the emergency numbers for Code Blue, Fire, and Security on the back, along with the "mission statement" for the hospital . . . (like I'm ever going to read the "mission statement")
