I know this sounds kind of silly.
We already have a digital camera but our computer had to be kind of rigged to be able to use it. Something was wrong, our hard drive had to be partitioned, we have two operating systems and the pictures have to be downloaded to one OS and transferred to the other, blah, blah, blah.
Anyway, our daughter now wants a digital camera of her own. She says that she mainly wants it to be able to see the pictures before she has them developed(on the little screen on the camera). They now have the system at Wal-mart where you can take in your memory card and you can choose which pictures you want developed for 29cents each. Does she really need to download the software that comes with it if she doesn't want to look at them on our computer. We are afraid that downloading it may be impossible(given the mega-trouble that we had with ours) or it might mess up what we already have. Our camera does not have a memory card so I am not sure how those work. Can she erase the card from the camera?
She will not be living with us too much longer. She just graduated from college and as soon as she has a job she will be moving out on her own and will probably have a computer of her own. She can then put the software on her own computer.
Thanks for your help.
