Do you have a tatoo?

Well I've always been one of those people that had no desire for one. Then 4 months ago while on a girls weekend with my DD I got a tribal/heart on my lower back .

I have 4 tattoos - a mickey head on the outside of each ankle (different designs), the Disney Cruise logo on the inside of my left ankle and a Dory (from Finding Nemo) on my back between my shoulder blades. I love all my tattoos and my only regret is getting Dory on my back...my tattoo artist did such a great job on it and I have to always look in the mirror to see it. I get a lot of comments on my Dory tattoo - mostly I am asked if it is real because it looks so much like the sticker I took in for him to copy.

I have 2.. I have a butterfly on the top of my right foot and a dove with roses on my right ankle.. I actually forget I have them... I would love one on my lower back but only if I loose a lot of weight lol

I love tats, I have 13 and have appts lined up to be getting one a month for the rest of the year. our tattoo shop ran a special on their anniversary week of 30% off every tattoo appt you booked, with 20.00 down!! whoo hoo hubby and I went crazy. we go the first tuesday of every month, we call it tattoo tuesday.(oh and after every 6th your 7th one is half price)
I am one of those few who feel no pain at all, no matter where I get them done, in some places it tickles a lot, but not a smidge of pain.

1) on left inner forearm I have the symbol for Queen
2)on right ankle I have a moon with pink haze and the word karma under it
3) and 4) (did at seperate times) on left upper back shoulder a tree frog then I had green blades of grass and flowers put around him
5) and 6) on upper right arm a pyramid with the eye of rah in it that I added a sunburst behind months later
7) around upper right arm under pyramid a band of tropical flowers
8) and 9) on right wrist a sea turtle, that I added a bracelet of bubbles around my wrist cause he seemed so alone.
10) back of neck (right at coller line) 2 cherries with drips of water coming off them and the word delicious
11) left ear a vine of flowers
12) lower back a tribal sun with orange/yellow shading
13) ahem even lower back a tribal moon (hehe) with stars all around

my next two are on my ring finger under wedding/engament rings our date of marriage and the letters faad (dh is getting this as well) and on the back of my neck (hairline) the words "and a day" (dh is getting this much larger on his stomach) because dh works in an office, you would never know he had any unless he has a muscle shirt or no shirt on and shorts.

I won't bore you anymore with the rest I have appt for, lol I have babbled on about my ink long enough!

I have 2, I got my first one when i was 36 (a few years ago) i had a friend design it for me it's tinkerbell on my shoulder i LOVE it and i'm so glad i got it.The second one i got last year on a girl's only weekend i was NOT planning on it at all i got bored waiting for my friends and got a small pink fairy type thing on my other shoulder. I always laugh at myself for even getting it,i mean who does that (me that's who). My DH HATES tattoos he tolerated the first one so i hid the second one from him for about 4 months. I learned to turn alot when with him ,then one hot summer day i forgot i had a spagetti strap shirt on and walked up a stairway in front of him.....I thought i would die!! the best part is he never said a word about it.I guess that's what you get after 21 years of marriage!

I have one. Got it when I was 20. It's on my back near my shoulder blade (but a bit higher). It's a women's symbol with a cute smiling fire breathing dragon in the middle.

I have two. I have a black Celtic cat with a blue eye that I got when I was about 34. He is on my left thigh and can only be seen when I wear shorts or a swimming suit. Then last year we went to Hawaii and I found a card with a picture of Pele, the volcano goddess. Off the cuff I said to DH that if I ever got another tattoo it would be that picture. He said "why don't you". Ok, dare me!!! So about a month after we got back I went and had it done on my right shoulder blade. She is about 6 inches high and 4 wide. I often forget I have her until I see her in the mirror. It was 2 hours of the most intense pain I have ever felt and DH couldn't believe I really did it, but I love her! Both of mine have meaning to me and I do not regret them at all. DH got a celtic knotwork bracelet with a tao in the middle before I got my first one and a couple of years ago he added a silhouette of our DD to cover the tao. He talks about getting a Hokusai wave on his back (full back tat) but hasn't done anything about it.
