I do both actually. I get burned out at the gym and find it hard to motivate/push myself when I work out at home, so I alternate. Now that the weather's getting nicer I go for a 3-4 mile walk after work, I do 15 push ups in the morning before work and 15 at night (started at 5 and increased by 1 a week) and do my 8 minute arms and abs video on days I feel like being lazy and not go to the gym. I go to the gym usually 4 times a week and spend about an hour to an hour and a half there. When it starts staying light outside longer I'll take my kayak with me to work and go after work to a local lake. I enjoy outdoor activites a lot more than going to the gym but, like I said before, it's a lot harder to push myself.
