Do you get to know people by their avatars and sig pics?

I find myself knowing who people are by their avatar and signature pictures. THEN they'll go and change them or someone else will use the same avatar and it throws me off! I'm easily confused though so....

I do that all of the time and as a result I probably get really confused about what has happened to certain people, etc.

I change mine every couple of days. Have to keep people guessing.... ya know!

Sometimes I recognize people by their clipart or avatars. I change mine from time to time though.

First by avatars and sig pics because they grab my attention first. Then I look at the name.

I will associate their DIS name with the avatar/sig, then they'll go and change it and confuse me. One minute I think I know what I'm doing, then reality sets in.

Yup! I get so confused when some one uses a sig picture that I have already associated with someone else!! I am not so bad when people change the sig, b/c I look at their name. But when multiple people have the same sig art then I confuse what is going on in their lives sometimes. There are a LOT of people on the Dis....sometimes it is hard to keep every body straight!!!

I may change my signature from time to time... depending on how I am thinking, but my avatar stays the same... What confuses me is when someone else uses my avatar......

Yep, I sure do. And I really get confused sometimes when people change them. Not that this stops me from changing mine anytime I want, lol. But I think I'll leave these two of Ashli and Titus up for awhile. I don't know, I'm just kind of fond of those two pics for some reason.

I always associate people with their signatures and really think they look lik them!! I remember having a full size picture of Esmeralda and when people met me they said "I thought you were taller, like your signature..."

I quickly changed it to the face thing only...

I like them too! In fact, everytime I look at them I can't believe that he is in the middle east! He just looks SO young to me! Too young! Ashli is SUCH a cutie too! She reminds me of my little sister.

I also get to know the person by their clipart can find their post easier that way.

Absolutely! I read a post, and associte the author with his/her signature. I thought I was the only one that did this!
