i hear one complex is known for crazy parties and the other is more relaxed
wich one is wich and can we chose were we want to live ?
im not a huge party person so it would be grate to live in the more relaxed complex

im sorry i keep asking questions every day lol i just want as much info before i apply

Yes you get to choose, but it depends on what they have open when you get there. So ou might have to make some adjustments to what you get if what you wanted is full. If example if you wanted a 3 bedroom in Chatham, but they are all full they might give you a 2 bedroom in chatham. Overall they do try and give you what you want with what is still avaible.

And yes Vista Way has the reputation of being party central. But it's not crazy parties all over all the time. People just tend to be more social there.
I lived in both Chatham and Patterson and while there are still going to be parties there, I never had a problem with them being too loud.
