Do you get paid by the hour, by commission, or salary or what?

My DH gets paid by the hour and I get paid by the day because I'm a substitute teacher.:D

DH, DD, son in law, and I all get paid by the hour. DS is salaried.

Technically by the hour, but that is only so I can get overtime pay. They actually calculate my rate based on a yearly salary.

DH is like Helenabear.. technically salary, but for projects its per hour...

I am hourly

I'm doing relief (temp) work now, so... by the day, no overtime.

I own the place so I'm lucky to get one at all.....really, it is a new business so for the first Three years I will not take a check but it turns the CO. business from having a 10 year loan to a 3 year loan...Much better for the long run.:D Team members are paid com. however.

I pay myself a commission so the rest goes back into the business. Or something like that. LOL I hate the $ part & the paperwork of a business. I just want to cut hair.:p

I get paid by the hour, but my pay is calculated for the year (well, ten months that I work), then divided by 20 pays. I work in a school. It's nice having the same paycheck all the time.
