asks you a question, and when you are answering, they keep talking "over" you trying to predict what you are going to say?

I feel like telling them that if they are not going to listen to my answer, then why bother asking the question?!

Thanks, I feel better now. :D

There is one person I work with who insists on attempting to finish your sentances with you!

It really threw me off at first, but I've gotten used to it.

She is very polite in every other respect, and I honestly think it is how she makes sure she is following what I am saying..but she does anticipate and it can get annoying.

I don't see her enough for it to get under my skin, and since she is highly competent where others aren't I don't let it bother me.

Same here with the co-worker but I've gotten use to it.

I had a co-worker that did that all the time. We were a department of two, after awhile I got used to it. After working together for 10 years she went to a different department and I had to learn to talk in full sentences again:)

That is one of my bad habits that I need to constantly remember to break! Thanks for the reminder!:p

You are welcome JAP. Now you have me thinking...."do I do that and not realize it"?

There's a guy that I work with that silently completes your sentences. You can see him mouthing the words as you give your answer. It drives me crazy.

What did you say Marylin? I guess i didn't hear you while I was finishing your sentence :teeth:

I've done this a couple times. I'll try hard not to.
