I got tickets for the parks as well as tickets for HHNs. My question is do I exit the park and then renter for HHNs or do i present my ticket to someone and get a wristband or something that basically lets them know that i'm allowed to participate in HHNs?

Thanks in advance!

The TMs basically herd everyone that doesn't have an HHN ticket out of the park. You show them your ticket and they will direct you to one of the holding areas where other TMs will be set up with scanners to scan your ticket. The area around Finnegan's is where we always head and generally grab a snack and a drink until they let you out.

eric8, if you leave the park when it is being closed, you will not be let back in once it is close to 5:00.

to reenter for the hard ticket event, you would have to stand in the long line outside the gate which will open at 6:30pm.

since you have the hhn tix, go to the holding area at finnegans.
sns is what most call it.

if you want to take a break from the park, be sure to come back by 4:45.
once the metal detectors are up, they usually stop incoming peeps into the park. i found that is at around 4:55ish.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this. I generally play it extra-safe and make sure I'm in the park by 4:30. You'll generally be able to get 2-3 houses done before the crowd sets in this way.

When I'm running late I ususally get there around 4:30pm but I shoot for 4pm so I can grab a bite to eat before the restaurants close.

Show your HHN tickets at the Stay and Scream area in the street by Finnegans.Guests with HHN tickets stay here as regular day guests are booted out of the park.By staying in this area you will get a headstart on the houses and will get to do 2-3 houses with little to no wait before the people doing HHN waiting at the front guests start coming in.

Indeed. Exiting the park when you have HHN tickets will cause you to cry 10,000 tears. And not the good kind, either.

Make your way to Finnegan's any time after 4:45 and have your HHN ticket available. Stay & Scream is so worth it!
