Do you find Member Services CMs quiet?

Is it just me, or do any of you find the CMs at Member Services very quiet on the phone? I really struggle to hear them sometimes, and often have to ask them to speak up.

I don't normally have a problem hearing other phone conversations It's almost bad enough to take the edge off making a new ressie (but only 'almost' ) !

I do sometimes - think it must be their phone system or the mike not being close enough to their mouth.

OMG I thought it was me, too!!! Now I email my requests/enquiries as much as possible...

they are very quiet, like Karen I tend to e-mail them as much as possible, I find it awkward when I have to keep asking them to repeat themselves, so dont worry Hilary its not just you x
