I also want o know why that happens to me. Yesterday at 6:30 all I wanted to do was sleep in, I was so cozy. This morning my body clock woke me up at 6:30 and I couldn't go back to sleep to save my life. grrrrr:mad:

Not in this house, on Saturday's we let our DD 13 sleep in until 11am and she never wakes up before then. On Sunday she has to be up by 9am in order to get ready for church.

My DD is up by 6:30am every morning! Luckily DH gets up for work then and I get to sleep for another hour. :)

My dd will sleep in on the weekends until 10 am until 1 pm. She'll go to sleep about 10 the night before. My ds rarely gets up before 8:30 on weekends. I've trained them so well.;)

browneyes, you got some kinda camp I can send my kids over to? LOL They have it backwards, they wanna sleep in M-F and awaken early Sat and Sun!

Oh do I ever:( Eldest DS gets woken up at 6.40am & is lucky if he's made it to the kitchen by 7am.

DS 14 however, is often up before me.....but now that it's school holidays eldest DS is sleeping in till around 8.30am every morning, but weekends he's up around 6am........

LOL! My kids want to sleep in on weekdays too.:teeth: They take after me, I've never been an early riser (8 am is early to me;)).

Hey now! We are neighbors after all, I could conceivably send them up to you for the weekend;) You'd think mine would want to sleep in all the time too, as their MOM does! hehe

Or how about when your DD gets up around 6:30  and DS will sleep all the way till 8:30ish 9. ::yes::

The first time we went to WDW our girls were 10 and 7.
Talk about getting up early........our flight did not leave out of LAX
till 7AM....we were at the airport, ready to go at 4.30am!!!

Hey, that sounds like my dd! I was wondering if anyone else has a kid that sleeps really late when you let them.

Guess they are not teens. Mine wake at the crack of noon on weekends and would sleep later but it irks me I don't sleep that late and I work overnights . So if I'm up they are up.
