I've bought several scrapbooking related items from there and I've been happy with most of what I've bought from them. If you do need to return something you can, but you are responsible for the postage to send it back.

Hi there - Yes, I have bought a few items from QVC. Those were (if I can remember them right) a few clothes items like tops, some of the Philosophy bath products, and some kitchen storage things called Lock and Lock (think Tupperware). I have been very satisfied - the items were sent to me on time and nothing has even been damaged. They also have a good return policy and that always makes you feel good - especially if you are buying something on TV and aren't 100% sure it's what you want.

I also like that they had a thing where on many items, they will split the purchase into monthly installments (I've seen anywhere from 2-6 payments). They don't charge you interest, they just charge your CC or debit card each month. So for example, if you wanted something that was $100 and it was 5 monthly payments, they would bill your card $20 each 1st of the month. This is nice, I think - in fact, just this week I ordered quite a bit of the Philosophy stuff (I really like their skin care) and instead of $250 right away it was about $50 a month, since that day everything in their inventory was for 5 payments. You don't have to do that if it's offered, they give you the choice.

I know that $250 sounds like a lot, but I also like that they have larger sizes of what I buy for my skin care. Many times, they can sell it so that you can get a 20 oz for what 8 oz would cost you at the store, or double it for not double the price.

I have had good experience. Were you thinking of ordering something in particular? I don't watch it everyday, but I'll pop on their site everyone so often and see what sales they have.

I have been a QVC shopper for the past 15 years. They have some great lines of products such as Cooks Essentials for pots/pans, Northern Nights for sheets/blankets, Demin and Co. casual women's clothing. I think I've only sent one or two things back over the years.

shoes & perfume -I needed to return perfume (I ordered 2 different-wasn't sure which one I'd like better)-the returning was great had no problems!!

I have made quite a alot of purchases. Some of my acquistions include: from Sincerely Southwest jewelry, Lori Griner's dressing mirror/jewelry storage, a Maxx handbag, a Tignanello handbag, flameless candle wall sconces, Temp-Tations stoneware, Diamonique jewelry, Scrape Around (ice scraper for the car), Ecclissi watch, Beautyrest warming throw, lots of Disney jewelry, tiger's eye jewelry (my favorite!), organizational items made by Lori Griner.

I like to check the customer ratings and reviews before I order something.

Me too. 19 years. Started when I moved here and would leave it on at night so i would not get scared back when DH works 24 hour shifts. I've spoken on the air twice. Is that dorky or what??!!

There might be more. Like others have said--great customer service. Have never been given a hard time w/ returns, and they have always been very quick to process.

When you say "ever" do you mean the two tops, the pantset, the jeans, the four t-shirts, the watch, and the pillow from last Saturday? Or the two sets and the top that came a couple of weeks ago? Or the Keurig from before Christmas? Or the several cameras over the last ten years? Or...

Then, yes and yes here, too - and they're great about taking returns if you're not happy (within the thirty days, of course).

Forgot to mention, been shopping with them for 18 years (I discovered them when I started my job that I am at still) but have so much Denim & Co, Gold jewelry, Cooks Essentials and have tasted so many of their food products. Corky's Ribs, Juniors Cheesecake, amd KC Steaks just to name a few. Glad to see this isn't that other board about them.

JUST got 2 pairs of TRAPS shoes...THE most COMFORTABLE, Disney walking shoes EVER!!! I LIVE in them the WHOLE season and love them for Disney as you are cool footed

I've used QVC. I'm a bit of a jewelry ho... and I like the prices on QVC. I have noticed, however that lately the gold on the earrings tends to have gotten thinner...like with a leverback earring if I'm not careful I could bend them out of shape.

Yes I Love QVC, I actually just ordered a Mickey ring, I also have ordered the Bare Essentials make up. I love it.
