Do you ever purchase anything from QVC?

Very happy with QVC products!!

I even went to their PA Headquarters and toured the facility in 2007!!

How was the tour, Kar?? My MIL is addicted to QVC and we think she would enjoy the tour if they ever come here to visit us.

We have gotten MANY gifts from MIL that she bought on QVC. I did like the Lock-n-lock containers but if you microwave something red in them (spaghetti sauce) then they are ruined. I have a jacket that she bought for DD15 that is a bit ummm out of style for that age group (MIL bought herself a matching one if that gives you any indication). I have no idea if I can return it without MIL knowing about it or not. Can you get a "credit" with them to pick out something else?
 
My mom and aunt are constantly watching QVC and always order from them. I've never heard a complaint! They're always happy with what they order through QVC.

I have no idea but if you call and ask, someone will be able to answer that for you. Maybe if you give them her name and they pull up her purchases they could see that she bought it (well, 2 of them) and work something out. I am not sure how they will handle that. It cannot hurt to ask. CS has always been super for me! good luck!
 
Me too. 19 years. Started when I moved here and would leave it on at night so i would not get scared back when DH works 24 hour shifts. I've spoken on the air twice. :rotfl: Is that dorky or what?

LOL! I always watch QVC at night when DH is away or if I'm away on business. It comforts me for some reason. LOL! I have never bought anything, but my mom does every now and then.

I can't believe you've watched for awhile and have never bought anything! You have good self control. I'm impulsive when it comes to shopping--thank god I'm not a shopper.
 
My mother and grandmother help keep QVC in business, I swear. lol But they almost never send anything back and usually only if it is something that doesn't fit, not because of quality issues, etc. They have never had anything but good things to say about them.
 
My mother and I buy from QVC we love Bare Escentuals, Denim and Co, Bob Mackay, Quacker Factory, Cameras, all kinds of househould products, kitchen gadgets etc. UPS usually stops by here every other day. Mike our delivery guy even gave us his private phone number in case we order something and we won't be home for a while we can call him and he will hold the items for us. We are great friends with him now.

Now we haven't been without a few problems but over all we have been happy with them. We had a shirt come to us, we had ordered it, they said it was backordered after we ordered it, when we got it the shirt obviously had been worn by the person who got it first, and shipped back and not checked by QVC for quality just reshipped. It was covered in Body odor, and perfume and no tags. QVC was great, they paid for the return shipping, and gave us a credit for the product. And we paid extra for expedited shipping on a camera, but the bundle we ordered was miss shipped by Canon (who is the one who holds the product in their warehouse not qvc's) and QVC refunded the extra cost for the expedited shipping, and gave us a credit for and extra amount to make up for the inconvienance.

They have the best customer service, if you have a problem they are usually quick to work with you to fix it and make up for it. Things happen nothing is perfect but we have been customers for pretty much 15 years and we will continue to be.

We have shopped on HSN as well, and are happy with them as well. Flex Pay with them and Easy Pay with QVC are great features of both channels.
 
My MIL and I love love love QVC. We have purchased sweaters, perfume, jewelry & jewelry box, camera's, laptops, heaters, an air conditioner, toys, rose trees & mini roses, other misc. household items and food(celebration cake, jumbo lump crab cakes, Mrs. Prindables apple and stuffed pretzels). I may still be missing something here too.

We had one incident that was resolved to out satisfaction one set of the mini roses not were delivered, we called QVC they sent another shipment out right away. Of course the first shipment finally appeared we called to let them know and they said no problem the second shipment was a gift from us.
