Last year my DS then 2 1/2 was so excited about Small World, we rode it 4 times in a row (DD was 12 and even endured it because it was so funny to see DS squealing with delight)! We also went on Buzz repeatedly with no wait during MVMCP
Tower of Terror, definately. But only so I can hear "We'll Meet Again" playing in the queue
I love when the wait is posted as '13 minutes', it deters some people from waiting, but I know it means I can walk right into the library.
When we went in January last year, and the crowds were small, we got fast passes, stood in the stand-by, used the fast passes, got fast passes, stood in stand-by, etc. By that time, the youngest DD had had enough and the older two DDs could use our fast passes, so they practically walked off and walked back on again. They rode a total of 10 times and loved every minutes of it!
Using a combination of fast passes and good luck, my sister and I can sometimes manage to go on Buzz 4 or 5 times in a row. Yippee! (And I had the high score last time!)
Don't know if this counts, but one time when we went to Disneyland I was pregnant and we rode the Disneyland Railroad round and round 3 or 4 times so I could rest.
On our recent WDW trip, we did It's a Small World 3 times a day for 2 days because it was nice and cool in there and DSs 3 and 1 (and DH!) love that ride so much.
During our e-nite the CM made us get off, walk out and come back in again - EVERY TIME!!! There was no one waiting and you would think they could have figured that out from the quantity of people on the ride, but she made us get out and walk around again!!! (Buzz Lightyear)
When I finally talked DS into trying The Haunted Mansion, he fell in love with the ride. We rode it over and over and over... And I loved every second of it!
MGM was open late for one night the last week of May, and we rode TOT five times in a row. Our mission was to experience all four of the sequences. We used a couple of Fast passes, and the standby line, which was about 15 minutes. We got three sequences. The last trip through, a manager was loading the elevators, and only letting a few standbys in each time, so we gave up. It was fun while it lasted! When DD and I were there in August, we waited almost an hour for one ride. Diana
Several years ago, the TOT had been experiencing problems off and on most of a particular day. This was during January when the park hours are reduced to begin with so not too many folks had enjoyed the ride on this particular day. Four of us were riding around 5:50 pm, about 10 minutes before scheduled park closing. As we were getting off the CM told us that they were keeping the TOT open for a while longer. We were 2 couples (1 had no children at the time, and the other's were with Grandma back at OKW) on no particular schedule that evening. The park was fairly deserted because it had been raining most of the evening. Sooo......
Although we did not plan to do so as the poster asked...we wound up riding the TOT about 8 times (they were letting those of us left skip the Rod Serling bit).... several times with just a few of us in the elevator. We kept posing until we got that perfect picture. It was probably one of the best times we ever had with my sister-in-law...she can be a bit much. We all 4 still laugh about the fun we had that night.
DH and I have done Tower Of Terror about 5 times in a row. On E-nights we have gone on Big Thunder and Splash Mountain several times (3+) in a row-sometimes without getting off (love that!) TTA/Wed Way we always do at least 2 loops. They never make us get off but it is usually not busy.
Two years ago, on Sept 18, during an E-night I left my husband at the Poly (He's not into rides), and went to the Magic Kingdom by myself to ride to my heart's content. My favorite ride at MK is Thunder Mountain so of course that's the first place I went. There wasn't very many people there that night so I was able to ride Thunder Mountain again and again without getting off.
By the end of my 12th time around I figured I might as well try something else. I headed across the park to Space Mountain and rode it 3 times but since they were making everyone get off each time and go around through the front again I felt like I was wasting too much time. Soooo I headed back across the park to Thunder Mountain.
I got back on my favorite ride again and was able to ride for another 16 continuous rides without getting off before they finally kicked me off, whoops I mean before the Magic Kingdom closed for the evening.
I may have wobbled away, but I had a smile on my face and I'm sure my countenance glowed with the sheer ecstacy of the wonderful experience I'd just had. I also know that was a once in a lifetime experience and I will treasure that memory forever.
We did Snow White's Scary Adventure with DD2 and DS6 about 10 times before park close last year. DD was getting braver and braver and by the end I only had to cover her eyes up about half the time. We LOVE that ride!
Kali River Rapids...15 times without getting off. Late afternoon during October. Got VERY wet. Left a puddle at the front desk of the Contemporary while getting new room number!!
4 times in a row at RnRC two years ago. And last month, August, we did BTMR 4 or 5 in a row on Friday, the 22nd E-night. It was pouring. Added a whole different aspect to the ride!!
For my DH and I it's Tower of Terror. We'll go to MGM and keep going back on it until the crowds get heavy. Then we'll go around the park and do other things but we keep checking and if the crowds get low enough again (usually around lunch time and the parade) we'll go on it again - until it get's crowded. That's our all time favorite.
