As I gather up the Box Tops For Education coupons that should have been turned in last year, does anyone else collect Box Tops For Education points for their school?

I do! Its a nice sum for the PTA! I am actually goign to ask my neighbors to start saving them for our school to this year.

I don't get many box tops--but what I do get I give to my homeschool group.

Bought some cheerios recently that had 4 bonus box tops :).

The school where I work does, but I send them to my daughter's school.

Not anymore. DD always collected them in elementary and middle school - but the high school doesn't.

Sad thing is - I buy ALOT of products with the box tops on them.

Yes I do! My girls' school collects them. Since I buy the stuff anyway I might as well send them to the school.

has a big drum to save them from those who do not have access to a school or a kid in elementary school........ask your stores to do this too

yes I save them. I will take any that no one wants. I'll pay for the postage too!

My DD's elementary school collects both the box tops and the campbell's soup labels, so I keep both and send them to school with her. It's an easy way to help out the school! :)

Yes...and Campbells labels for Education. Soup is good food. :wizard:

THAT'S a good idea!

I still save boxtops and "soup" labels for the elementary even though my kids are no longer there. I also save pop tabs for the boys' old K teacher, who saves them for a friend that is on dialysis. She's retired now but still has kids dropping them off at her house.
Box Tops for Education also has a website you can shop through that works like the reward programs to earn even more for your school of choice. It also has coupons and lists new products with the boxtops like Ziplocs.
Current coupons include cereal, cookie mix, frosting, pizza rolls, ready to bake cookies, dunkables, Hamburger Helper, Chex Mix and toaster strudels.

Yes I do collect them, though it takes me a while to remember to turn then in.

You bet I do. Our school bought all new playground equipment last year and got rid of all those broken jump ropes and kickballs. I think we got around $2000.00 which is a nice tidy sum for very little effort.

I'm mad that Green Giant frozen veggies no longer have box tops on them. That's the only reason I bought them.

Yes, and soup labels, too.

Every time I eat a can of soup I think of gepetto! :)

I have been collecting them for years. Our school has made close to $3,000 per year and has several contests between the classes to encourage people to save their boxtops. It's a little thing that can really add up in a hurry.

Yes, and I have my parents save for us, too. In fact, we saved so many that my daughters class got a pizza party for turning in the most. The schools really need all the help and money they can get so we are glad to help. I think it's a great idea to ask the neighbors to save for you, too. I just don't know all of mine because people keep moving all the time.

I homeschool so we can't use them, but I still save them and mail them to my nieces in CA to use for their classrooms.
