I used to make eggs and whole wheat toast every morning. Now, I don't have the energy (9 mos preg). So, lately I've been eating a whole wheat bagel or good cereal. I had raisin bran this morning.
 
Generally I don't eat breakfast.

I have recently started making sure that I have a glass of pure orange juice every morning though. Just to make sure I bank some vitamin C before I start the day :teeth:
 
No I never do! Ok..once in a blue moon I eat Eggs Benedict..but it is rare like 4 times a year.
 

I used to never eat breakfast. But now with a 5 year old dd, I figured I'd better set a good example for her ;)
 
Most of the time.

When I'm at work, I'll typically get a breakfast taco from the cafeteria.

When I'm not, it's hit or miss whether I'll eat breakfast or not.

When I'm on vacation, I try to always get something with some egg and bacon.
 
Sometimes. And as far as what I eat it depends on whats in the fridge!:) For instance this morning I had pork tenderloin!!!:teeth:
 
Anything cereal HIGH in fiber....and some fruit

I always eat breakfast. But I guess its not a typical breakfast. I normally have a low carb bar and a low carb shake and a cup of black coffee. Now on the weekends if we go out, I will have eggs and bacon....and some pumpernickle toast.
 
Always. Blood sugar drops without it and that is NOT a pretty sight. Shredded Wheat with Bran or Special K with red berries. It's the most important meal of the day.
 
Always.... I go through phases where I eat a lot of Kashi for a week or two for breakfast. Then I will have one egg and two pieces of bacon for a while..... I would like to get back to eating my cream of wheat again but it takes too long to make, cool down and then eat! :)
 
I have a Balance Bar and a glass of water, followed by 2 cups of coffee.
 
I LOVE breakfast and have to eat it everyday!

Work week breakfast is usually a piece of 7 Grain Toast with Peanut Butter along with a 2 egg white omlette with cheese, tomato and a sprinkle of bacon.

Actually, weekend breakfast is pretty similar but I get to eat it at a more leisurly pace!
 
I don't normally eat Breakfast, got tired of Atkins type breakfast so I just eat an early lunch. Love my mom's pancakes with lots of bacon...yum! I allow myself a "treat" every once and awhile and thats when I eat Breakfast out and go for the carbs...lol.
 
Always. Now that I"m counting carbs, I eat two eggs over easy, one slice of toast, and 2 cups of coffee.

Before my carb counting, I ate a bowl of cereal and 2 cups of coffee.

If I don't eat, I get lightheaded, and REALLY grumpy. I usually sit at the table and read while I'm eating. I don't want to talk that early.
 
Sometimes.... I'm not big on typical breakfast foods. I usually eat lunch (#1) early..10ish. Then lunch #2 at 2ish. :teeth:

When Im dieting I have cereal and oj. When Im cheating a little I will have either a lowfat muffin or a plain bagle with diet coke. When I know my diet is shot to heck for the day(like vacations, holidays, or when we are eating out), Ill have whatever Im in the mood for like pancakes, coffee rolls, egg sandwiches, etc..., and again, with diet coke.
 
I voted never, but will eat it once or twice a month. Sometimes I go on a streak and hace cereal three mornings in a row, but that will happen like once a year!
