?Do you add any tax to the $10/point

When people rent points from owners to stay at BWV or OKW, is there tax charged on top of the $10.00 per point? If I can get someone to rent the needed points for the time I will be vacationing, it looks like I would save a couple of hundred dollars compared to the nightly rental rate directly from Disney. Just wondering if there are any additional cost involved. Thanks!!
