Do We Have To Use Our Credits Before We Check Out?

Whilst we are planning on checking out early on our departure day, we have late lunch ressies at WGP and were then planning on 'spending' any left over SC's at Goofys Candy Store. Will we have a problem using our credits if we've already checked out of our resort?
