Do VB guests get extra magic hours?

After many WDW DVC vacations, we are trying out VB next year for for the first time. This is during a peak time at the parks, but we were considering one day at the parks as we have annual passes.

My question is whether VB guests get Key to the World cards, and are they able to take advantage of early morning or evening extra magic hours?

You are going to have to get up pretty early to get there in time for EMH in the morning. And if you stay until park closing, you might get back around dawn to VB.

I don't think so.. read the wording that Disney Uses..

Extended Disney Park hours, known as Extra Magic Hours, offer Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels the unique opportunity to enjoy additional time in Disney Theme Parks—above and beyond the standard operating schedule—at no extra charge.

Vero Beach is a DVC Resort but I don't think it's considered a Walt Disney World Resort anymore than the Grand Californian is.

This question comes up every now and then. Somebody always makes the phone call and reports back that yes, you do get EMH, as well as theme park parking.

You beat me to it. That is exactly what I was going to say.

has anyone done it. that is a long drive to find out that you can't do EMH if that is the main thing you are going for on that trip.

And I presume that VB uses the same type of key cards...I know HHI did. So unless a CM was looking at the resort, not just the dates I doubt it would even come up (most don't even check the dates).
