Do Universal Passes expire?

Just wondering if they expire. planning a trip either next year or the year after.

Unless the passes are for a specific event like Rock the Universe or Halloween Horror Nights, passes never expire until you use them. Some passes (like the buy two days, get the 3rd free) expire within 7 days of the first use.

So, Barry, if I bought these passes last year for seven days for the price of two and did not use them last year, are they still good this year?

I know I asked if they could be swapped for annual passes in case our ressies had better rates with that discount.

But after even reading that the passes had to be used before Feb 2003, when I received the passes directly from Universal they had that line crossed out. Would they be good at teh end of this year?

The passes should still be good unless they have an expiration date printed on them.

Hello...I also purchased the 7-Day Passes that Universal replaced with the 5-Day passes. I bought these last year for a trip that unfortunately never happened. I called Universal last week to check on whether these would still be good and was told that they would not expire. The Rep told me that there may be a problem with them scanning and if that was the case, we should go to Guest Service and they would issue us new passes.
