Do times open up like ADRS?

So I woke up early at my 60 day mark to get my FP+s. I was able to get all the rides I wanted but not the times I was hoping for Frozen Ever After or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. I was hoping for something around 10am-12pm for both and was only able to get later times. I am just curious should I keep checking? I have had great luck checking for ADRs on a regular basis and finding everything I want eventually when they were originally all booked. Have others had similar experiences with FP+ times popping up?
