Do they still over pin codes good for the regular DDP at the value resorts?

Are people still getting PIN codes good for the regular diney plan at the value resorts? I know when they offered free dining last year (for everyone not just PIN holders) it was only good on the quick service dining plan at the values, you had to stay at a moderate to get the free regular dining plan. Thanks so much!

No, they haven't done that for a while (it's been a few years I think). In fact, it seems that the pin codes for mods. also only give free quick service but the general public codes are giving reg. DDP for mods.
You would have to pay extra to upgrade your free quick service to reg. DDP at a value resort.
