They do not sell refillable mugs at the resorts.
There is a mug you can buy in the park and get cheaper refills, cost last summer for refills was 69cents +tax

if they sell them in the parks, they are the refillable valid for a life time mugs.


i bought the dueling dragon mugs the year they came out.
it's still valid. they have a handle.

i feel for me, the ones with handles are the best to have.
you can loop them on a strap, belt loop or just carry in your had.

the sponge bob mugs are so cute but not easy to carry around.

it depends on when you go for the refill price.
last october during the columbus day time period, i paid $1.19 for a refill.

i don't know how long the .69 refill cost will last.
that price came up after i left UO last fall.

The mugs are the best thing ever. We have 3 different ones: a Spongebob Squarepants one, a Marvel Superheroes one and the standard red one.

Unless they have had a recent price change, I believe most of the mugs are $6.99 except for some of the mugs with the strange shapes (like the SpongeBob mug.) Those are I believe $11.99. Of course prices do change all the time but the prices should be very close to these prices. And as the others have said, they don't sell them at the hotels.

They sell them at all the counter service restaurants, most of the food kiosks, and the main Universal Studios Store and the Trading Company at IoA. They also sell them at a few other assorted stores.

Yes, they still sell the SpongeBob mug. You can get it at the Universal Store or at several of the drink kiosks around Universal Studios. I believe the only place you can get it at IoA though is at the Trading Company.

I like to get the cup at the same place I am buying a drink so I can get the first drink free. They should do that even if you do purchase it at a store though. It's just less confusing if I buy the cup at the place that is filling it.
