Do they have baby swap in universal?

Just wondering if they do baby swap at IOA/USF? Do they work it the same as wdw? If so are there any restrictions?

There is baby swap available. One parent waits with the baby while the other parent rides. Then you switch off. Ask the ride attendant for more information.
