I have a friend who may want a tour....How can she get the $100 Gift Card?

I don't think everyone gets a $100 Gift Card. When we did the BLT tour in March 2010, there was a drawing for one $100 gift card. We didn't win the Gift Card, but we won a little prize during the trivia contest. Its definitely a low-keyed presentation and we enjoyed ourselves.

There is no way to be sure you get anything at all. Sometimes they don't even have the cookies out.

Part of it is that Disney hasn't traditionally NEEDED to offer incentives to tour. They also want to make sure they get people interested in DVC, not interested merely in a $100 gift card or free fastpasses. So incentives tend to be pretty simple and given out sparingly.

If your friend is interested in DVC, she should take the tour. She might get something, she might not. If she isn't interested in DVC, there are better ways to spend a few hours at Disney.
