Do they do Pin Trading at HHI?

Just wondering, we are at HHI (at FIL's Marriott Timeshare) and will be over by the DVC tomorrow night for the Shelter Cove Fireworks. DW would like to do some Pin trading, but I have no idea if they do it there or not.

Anyone know?

Some cast members do pin trading. Your best bet is to check in the Mercantile and/or at the front desk.

There is more than enough for kids to do. Depending on the ages of the kids, there are a lot of craft activities, nature walks and expeditions, pool games, fishing, bike riding, lots of swimming (I think the beach might be a bit chilly, but the pools will be fine), campfires, kids night out, etc. I have never been to HHI in November (only in June), but I have been told that the activity list is more extensive in the cooler months since people would be spending less time in the pool.

And to respond to the OP, I've seen pin trading done with the cast members in the mercantile as well as the front desk personnel.

Yes, they do. And if you collect Cast Lanyard pins, HHI is a good place to trade. Not many guests think to have pins with them to trade, so CL pins seem to be abundantly available. When I told them at the front desk that I wanted to trade and was looking for something in particular, they brought out all the lanyards hanging in the back room. Definitely bring your traders!

There is also a "Pin Trading" activity offered by the recreation staff as part of the weekly activities. Definitely check with the CMs in the Mercantile, they are usually wearing a lanyard.

Also, be sure to check the daily trivia question (next to the cash register on the wall). If you can answer the question, there is a prize! Even if you can't answer the question, it will give you something to think about!
