Do the Universal Hotel shuttles get you to Seaworld in time for Rope Drop?

We are planning to go to Seaworld and Aquatica during our Universal vacation. Do the (free) hotel shuttles get you to both parks BEFORE park opening, in time to make rope drop? We'll be staying at Cabana Bay.
