Do the menu prices include tax?

I'm trying to get an idea of cost before we go but I can't find anywhere if the menu prices include tax.

For example, lunch at the Crystal Palace is $20.99 for adults. Is that with our without tax?

No I don't believe the prices are including tax unless it specifically says so.

I believe the tax is 6.5%. When you see the prices for the meals they do not include the tax or tip.

I think you are correct that the price is just the meal, no tax or tip. It is expensive to eat at Disney.
