Do the MagicBand+ for sale online work at DLR

I still have to read through the interactive color and vibration functionality so I don't know if it's similar to WDW, but ours were lighting up blue and red when near boarding at one point for Webslingers.

Ours did the same. Same location.

Too busy and couldn’t order ahead of time. What are the locations to buy magic bands in Disneyland?

Everywhere. They were at all the shops. They even had them at a display BEFORE you go through bag check at the parking garages.

Looks like you might also be able to go on your Disneyland App, hit three bars in right lower corner, pick Merchandise Mobile Ordering - and preorder from one of the stores (while already in the park - it is ignoring me since I'm offsite right now) so you can just go pickup the item? Might save some time if you are already sure which one you want.
