I find it very frustrating that the information you receive when you call Disney is very inconsistent. Some people are reporting a room discount WITH free dining. Others, like myself, are told that there is no room discount with free dining.
Some people report that they were able to start their trip on the last day of free dining and have FD extend throughout the trip. Other people report that the CM's tell them that is impossible because the offer ends on a certain date.
This annoys me because I don't think there should be any inconsistencies in these matters. Isn't someone in charge over there?
It feels like a lottery when you dial the Disney number. Am I going to be lucky today and get a CM who is accurately informed?
