Yes they do although my DD is usually doing the opposite - putting the Build a Bear clothes on her Duffy.

BAB clothes are just a bit too snug for a 17" Duffy.

They may not fit perfectly but they fit. Enough for my 5 1/2 year old anyway. Our Duffy is wearing BAB iron man and a build a bear is wearing duffys buzz outfit right now.

We have several Duffy and Shellie Mays and have not found anything too snug. Our bears wear BAB all the time with no issues.
