Of the 5 two-br lockoffs in AKV Concierge, 3 have a SV (Sunset savanna) and 2 have a pool view.

The points are the same whether you get a pool view or savanna view. With a Concierge stay you are paying extra points for the food and services, not the view. The savanna view from Concierge level is not very good. You are up so high (6th floor) that the tree tops block much of the view.

The Concierge rooms are the same size as the Savanna View and Standard View rooms so the 1BRs sleep 5 and the 2BRs sleep 9 because they do have the sleeper chair in the living area.

1) Some are SV, and soem are not.
2) You get what is available.
3) Sometimes you get the view, sometimes not.
4) And, the statement about trees from Club Floor is accurate.
