Do target employees still get their discount on disney cards?

A family member has offered to buy a girt card from target for each our kids for Xmas. They have decided iTunes or disney for their trip souvenirs. But I did not know which would be cheaper for the gifter. Thanks. Wanting to help them stay within their budget.
