Do popcorn carts take credit cards?

The FAQ on this subforum says food carts don't take credit cards but one of those tourist blogs says everything in TDR "above" a soda cart will take credit cards.

Also, do places like Boiler Room Bites and Seaside Snacks take credit cards?

Seaside Snacks did take credit cards!
I had the yummy bun from there

I never had an issue with a food cart not taking my card.
even to buy a soda & churro

We used our credit card at a popcorn cart in Disney Sea. Be prepared for very long lines!

Yes most , if not all do. At least when we were there last December
