DO NOT See this if you are afraid of cruises

Listening to today's podcast, when Jimmy Leonard was asking about seasickness, it reminded me of the waves I encountered as I sailed on the Queen Mary 2 in 2007. I took a short video of the waves from some of the public rooms and I'd like to share it with you all. Notice how quiet and steady the ship was, despite the waves outside.

It is HIGHLY unlikely that we will encounter such waves on the Disney Wonder as we'll be sailing near the Bahamas and not on the open North Atlantic.

My parents came back from a Caribbean cruise (I forget which cruise line) a few years ago with photos of waves in the pools.

I just don't think about these things.
