do my unused disney tickets expire? bought for a trip march 2020 then park closed and cancelled trip. Not sure when we will be able to go back.

They do typically expire within a couple years. The cast member you reach should be able to credit your account so you can apply the amount to your next ticket purchase. I would stay on hold.

Theme Park Tickets: Tickets with unused days or for specific dates will automatically be extended to be valid through Dec. 15, 2020. Or, you can apply the value of the unused ticket towards the purchase of a ticket at a future date.

The tickets have likely expired (I think dated ones from the closure were extended through September 24, 2021 or there abouts), but you keep the value of the ticket and can apply that to new tickets at a later date.
What type of tickets are they? That might change the answer.
